As an Engineering Intern, you will have the ability to collaborate with our Engineering Teams to support various projects using a variety of the latest technologies.

• Have the opportunity to work on a team with other smart AIS Engineers by using cutting-edge technologies to solve challenging business problems and work alongside of Senior Engineering mentors.
• Be a part of a team that builds elegant, scalable, extensible, cost-effective solutions with an eye towards innovation and agility.
• Utilize problem-solving and decision-making skills to understand client pain points and to self- troubleshoot as challenges arise.
• Collaborate with other members of the engineering team and project managers to deliver solutions that surpass client expectations while meeting deadlines and budgets.
• Utilize cutting-edge technologies to solve challenging problems using a variety of tools, such as modern software development tools and Microsoft Cloud technologies.
• Work in an agile environment with iterative development.

This is a remote position with occasional travel once COVID restrictions are lifted.

• A strong desire to pursue a career in IT.
• Proven teamwork experience (school projects can be used as examples).
• Able to show creative problem solving to new technical challenges.

• Previous software engineering or work or relevant to the IT industry.
• Be able to provide a letter of recommendation (e.g. professional or academic).
