Are you an experienced Operations Support Specialist with a TS/SCI security clearance? Leidos is seeking a professional like you to support the 55 Operations Group at Offutt AFB, NE, in organizing, scheduling, and equipping for worldwide ISR operations. Your Main Mission:

  • Serve as an advisor to squadron and group leadership and develop processes for assessing readiness and brief readiness to senior leaders.

  • Provide input on policies and procedures for accomplishment of program health status of the program.

  • Plan and direct special projects and studies that influence both near and long-range plans, make recommendations on a broad range of ISR operations issues, and ensure group-level planning is effectively aligned with Air Force, CCMD, and national requirements.

  • Provide hands-on training on a broad range of subjects, including but not limited to the processes required to input/extract data, build assessments, and brief leadership.

What Sets You Apart:

  • Current TS/SCI

  • Bachelor's degree (or experience in lieu of degree) and four (4) + years of relevant experience.

  • Previous experience in scheduling events and ability to coordinate with multiple units on requirements, changes, and conflicts that arise.

  • Proficient in utilizing PEX.

  • Possess strong communication skills.

Pay Range:Pay Range $61,750.00 - $111,625.00

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline onlyand not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
