Technology Solutions Manager

Job Description Summary

A technology solutions lead is responsible for managing the technology solution on new and existing client pursuits. The role is a pivotal part of the new business cycle providing solutions, bid material, pricing and contracts/MSA to the business teams.

Job Description

  • Work with Enterprise Solutions leads to understand client pipeline and look for opportunities to support in the pre-RFP stage.

  • Read and understand scope of works for RFP's with new clients to aid in apply the correct solution.

  • Work with various workstream leads to support in solution design and making the right recommendation for the use of technology on the contract.

  • Use both standard and customized responses to complete the detail needed for the RFI and RFP's.

  • Ensure that the solution is priced in accordance to global pricing methodologies and is tracked to ensure the proforma versus actual figures are correct.

  • Ensure solutions have technology resources assigned to win and retain work with the client.

  • Work with commercial and legal teams to ensure any contract/ master services agreements are appropriate to the technology provision and can be achieved through global IT processes.

  • Manage and Maintain the core bid material to enable the operationalization of smaller client pursuits.

  • Provide management reports and metrics calculated the volume of new pursuits, wins/ losses, amount of hours spend on pursuits and revenue generated through technology costings.

  • Ensure IT security processes are followed and provided back to clients as required.

  • Work with the business development point of contact, preparation of transition plans & activities

  • Ensure successful transitions between contract wins and technology transition teams including detailed Statement of Works.

  • Ensure approval is sought, where needed, from key platform leads across the business to gain buy in from pricing and solution.

  • Ensure the management of handover from solutions to delivery teams.

  • Validation and finalize account requirements and costs for transition and ongoing support for new clients, as well as working with the overall Transition & Account leads prior to execution of the client transition.

  • Follow processes as appropriate to the job.

  • Maintain competency in client applications for consulting, implementation and demonstration capabilities

  • Contribute to the CBS Technology team knowledgebase with best practices, lessons learned, concept and solutions documents

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate's experience and qualifications.


The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.


The compensation for the position is: $110,500.00 - $130,000.00
