Job Description
Position Title: Engineering Manager

Salary: Based on Experience

We're seeking a results-oriented Engineering Manager to lead our team in delivering best-in-class process engineering projects. You'll oversee a team of engineers, driving continuous improvement through upgrades, root cause analysis, and capital project management.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute a variety of engineering functions, including plant design upgrades, root cause analysis, and capital projects.
- Oversee a team of process engineers, providing coaching and development opportunities.
- Develop and implement profitability improvement initiatives aligned with company goals.
- Create detailed capital project plans and manage budgets, communicating effectively with leadership.
- Ensure safe, efficient, on-time, and on-budget project execution.
- Foster a proactive problem-solving culture within the team.
- Collaborate with operations to implement and integrate maintenance and capital projects.
- Champion safety and environmental compliance.
- Lead performance management and employee development efforts.

Qualifications:
- BS in Engineering (Chemical Engineering preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in large-scale industrial manufacturing, with ethanol experience a plus.
- 5+ years of capital project management experience (PMP certification preferred).
- 3+ years of supervisory/leadership experience.
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products.

Bonus Points:
- Experience with processing equipment (evaporators, heat exchangers, etc.)
- Knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations
