POSITION SUMMARY:

As the Data Analyst, you will serve as the primary data handling from LG systems and build/automate data structure for field operation and territory mapping analysis. In order to visualize Field Service performance, this role is expected to build and create dashboards and automated reports and work cross-functionally across many teams within LG to calculate Field Service KPIs, identify opportunities for improvement and escalate it with relevant organizational leadership.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Build and create automated/visualized dashboards and trackers.
  • Tableau, Google data studio, Power BI, etc.
• Prepare accurate business operational reporting and forecasts utilizing various business intelligence tools and ERP software to drive performance towards goal achievement.
• Drive continuous improvement by simplifying and automating planning processes by working with analytics partners based on key analytical outcomes.
• Enable effective decision-making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into a digestible and actional format.
• Assist in defining the overall strategy for optimizing LG's preferred network coverage.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of existing processes, systems, and data flows to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that address business requirements and drive value.
• Create map visualizations of LG's preferred network coverage using Tableau.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics or related field or Data Science related field
  • Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Data Science, Data Engineering, etc.
• Experience in BI tools and dashboard creation.
  • Tableau, Data Studio, or PowerBI
  • Building a dashboard portal powered by BI tools.
  • Languages to build portal or dashboard (HTML or any other languages) - Plus
• Analytical ingenuity and leadership, coupled with demonstrated cross-functional partnership, are critical skills for this role.
• Bilingual (English/Korean) preferred
• Travel: Generally, less than 10%.
• Location: Huntsville, AL
