Position Description
Streck, Inc is a leading manufacturer of controls and calibrators for the clinical laboratory. Streck is currently recruiting for a talented and professional Medical Technologist to fill a full time opportunity for a Technical Service Representative role. Hours are 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday. No nights, weekends, or holidays!

This position is responsible for troubleshooting, investigating and resolving technical product issues and customer concerns via email and telephone for laboratories worldwide.
Requirements:
-
Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology
-
Experience in Flow Cytometry and PCR highly preferred
-
ASCP registration
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work diligently and meticulously to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues

Understanding of phone and email etiquette
